Ben Ousey - Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher
Ben is an experienced meditator and learnt to teach mindfulness and meditation at the British School of Meditation. He has been helping people learn how to practice mindfulness for over a decade. Ben has worked with people from all ages and backgrounds as well as world famous institutions such as Oxford University, The Bodlean Library and the Oxford University Press.
